Individual leases ensure that you are not financially responsible for your roommates’ space or rental installments. Residents of Park East Student Living are only responsible for their assigned bedroom, common space, rental installments, and utility payments.
While our TTU off-campus housing is located within walking and biking distance of Texas Tech University’s campus, Route 45 services our apartment complex regularly during the academic year.
